Training seminar on "Anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan" in Amonatbank

On 5 September 2023 in the building of the central office of the Bank with the participation of responsible employees of branches was organised and held a training seminar on "Anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan" by Yusupov B.G., Chief Lawyer of the Office of the Chairman of the Board of SUE SB RT "Amonatbank". During the seminar the issues related to the study of provisions of anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan were discussed, including the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Combating Corruption", the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Agency of State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan", the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 10 September 2005 № 1601 "On the UN Convention against Corruption", the Decree of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Majlisi Oli.

At the same time, Yusupov B.G., Chief Lawyer of the Office of the Chairman of the Board, put forward a proposal to the branch officials to hold similar educational events in various branches of the Bank with the participation of their employees.
